Here is a pic of me...I'm new here. I have been exercising all my life and have done football in high school and tae kwon do. I have been lifting weights since I was 14. I work out on the mininum of 4 days per week while in college. I am trying to maintain my size and muscle mass, but tone up without losing my size.
