Just started WBB1,(after futzing around for a few years off and on and a 7 month off stretch)

I'm 6'1-2" 220 lbs and way too much BF (around 26 calipered) and 31 yo.

Monday (fell into old routine and did nothing)

Tuesday (decided put up or shut up) and did the following

Bench: 135 2x6-8
Incline low DB bench: 35 per hand 2x6-8
Chest dips: 90 2x6-8
Pulldown: 120 2x6-8
Bent over row: 110 2X6-8
Deads: 135 2X6-8 (ughhh)
Shrugs (smith machine): 85 1X10

I had my doubts. But i am still in a great deal of soreness. :D

Diet (huh? Diet isn't important is it?)

Squats (get ready to laugh): 95 2x6-8
Hack squats :115 2x6-8
Straightlegged deads: 135 2x6-8 (ughhh again)
Standing calf raises: 135 2x6-8
leg curls: 80 4x10

Diet (ah HAH...so it does matter)

CaloricTotal: 2299
Fat: 716 32%
Carbs: 598 27%
Protein: 927 41%

Sleep 6-8 hours a night

Thats it so far. How's it look?

Hi and thanks. I think it was you that recommended fitday. great place.

Here's what i got so far

2 Granola bars

Mid morning
6 oz can Tuna in water

Steak and Cheese sandwich just mayo, fries
milk 1%, 8 oz

Mid afternoon
6 oz can tuna in water

2 pork chops, lean

before bed
8oz Whey protein shake

Today (off day)

"turkey jerky"

Mid morning
2 granola bars

Cheeseburger plain

afternoon snack
can of tuna again

Too much tuna?
And i know i need to add veggies in there. Reccomendations?
As it stands now at the end of the day I'm around 230g protein with a 39% Protein 31%fat Rest carbs split. Trying to up the carbs and reduce fat to 20%. I came in a 2299 cals yesterday, supposedly below my maintenance

Are there any veggies you like? I love grilled peppers and asparagus. Broccoli's good too.

yeah, add some veggies there, broccoli, green beans etc...

why not add chicken,steak?

healthy fats are important
olive oil,egg yolks, nuts, natty pb

instead of the granola bars, have some oats in the morning or some eggs
