Just started WBB1,(after futzing around for a few years off and on and a 7 month off stretch)
I'm 6'1-2" 220 lbs and way too much BF (around 26 calipered) and 31 yo.
Monday (fell into old routine and did nothing)
Tuesday (decided put up or shut up) and did the following
Bench: 135 2x6-8
Incline low DB bench: 35 per hand 2x6-8
Chest dips: 90 2x6-8
Pulldown: 120 2x6-8
Bent over row: 110 2X6-8
Deads: 135 2X6-8 (ughhh)
Shrugs (smith machine): 85 1X10
I had my doubts. But i am still in a great deal of soreness. :D
Diet (huh? Diet isn't important is it?)
Wensday
Squats (get ready to laugh): 95 2x6-8
Hack squats :115 2x6-8
Straightlegged deads: 135 2x6-8 (ughhh again)
Standing calf raises: 135 2x6-8
leg curls: 80 4x10
Diet (ah HAH...so it does matter)
CaloricTotal: 2299
Fat: 716 32%
Carbs: 598 27%
Protein: 927 41%
Sleep 6-8 hours a night
Thats it so far. How's it look?
