as indicated above, i am a newbie (this is my first post after all). here i'll be posting up my pictures as a "record", so to speak, for my own self-comparison. any suggestions, constructive criticism and/or opinions are certainly welcome.
at the moment i am 20 years of age, 5'9, 138lbs and god knows what percentage bodyfat. only now am i set on following a decent lifting routine/plan, as most of the past year has been a half-assed on and off thing for me (i am a university student after all). now i understand that i am by no means a "heavyweight" (nor do i aspire to be) and clearly carry an "ectomorphic" physique, however, i will try to gain all that i possibly can in lean muscle whilst remaining properly proportioned to my body in the following months(?) years(?).
My (starting) pics:
*please ignore the orange tint and blur, it is due to both flash and absence of flash
Front Torso (unflexed)
http://www.sfu.ca/~firstt/torso.jpg
Side of Arm (flexed)
http://www.sfu.ca/~firstt/side.jpg
Bicep (flexed)
http://www.sfu.ca/~firstt/bicep.jpg
as for now, i'm thinking i should best concentrate on increasing the pectoral muscle mass and probably my arms as well.
Best,
Matt
