Hey everyone,
Ive been bulking for the past 6 months or so, weight is up to 205. Its now time to start cutting. I plan on going on UD2 or psmf for the main part of my cut, but im wondering if its un necessary in the first stages of the cut. Maybe I could see just as good results without the pain if i just cut cals by 20% and get my bf down to 15% or so before i go on the hardcore diet. Ive heard that you can cut down to 15% without losing much or any muscle mass quite easily. What do you guys do?
