Sigh, hello all, decided to take some pics even though i am extremly embarrased, for all who dont know who i am my name is rob, i am 16, 5'7, and have been working out for 7 months cutting, i was 275 now i am 197.

I am hoping another 18 lbs will do it so i can bulk up for a few months. Here are some pics when i was 275 ish.

Cut looks like its going great. It seems like your keeping and even gaining alot of muscle mass. Keep up the good work. About how low you wanna cut down?

im looking for 180 bro, thanks, then its off to a 6 week, 20 rep squat routine to get the size i want, then training for condition.

Definitely a huge improvement over your tubby days. Legs look pretty good, upper body needs to catch up, and your posing needs work. All of that will come with time. Keep doing the top three things- lift/eat/sleep. You're well on your way.

thanks Mike, it pissed me off how horrible my upper body is when i can bench a decent amount and row 150 one handed.
hopefully at 180 the deffinition will be more and problem make the muscles look bigger, then like i said, want to bulk BACK to 200 with the 20 rep squat routine.

thanks canadian, im italian and hairy and its horrible, haha, i hope i will, i believe i was blessed with strength and size but i just had so much extra fat all these years.

I had to do it the opposite way and I still believe that people like you have it slightly easier and have the all-around package once cut up. Use that as motivation and keep doing great. The red hair is sweet too.

^I hear you man, my friend is like this also but instead of size his strength is up like crazy, 165 x 20 on squats and 205 on bench at 123! thanks bro.
Once you finish your cut, I believe you'll be left with a lot of solid muscle mass and you'll look great. also, congrats on your success in your cut so far, keep it rolling. Nice size, and nice lifts.

i know i didnt post my gut, but its meh, bigger in the afternoon then when i wake up, yall thing 17 more lbs will be good enough? i really cannot take it and that will be almost 100 lb lost, i wanna bulk!!! haha

Stumprrp there's nothing to be embarrassed about. This is the internet and you probably don't know any of us outside of this forum.
If anything you should be proud of the fat you've lost, the muscle you've gained, and the strength gains you've had. To lose ~100lbs is something 99% of the population is unable to do. Take pride in your work.

Dude, your legs are HUGE! You have a great base and are going to look awesome when you get lean. It takes time, so don't get frustrated. You're definitely on the right track!!
You've also got the fact that you're the perfect height going for ya! ;)

excellent work on the weight loss, bro. you'll look good at 180. like a few others have said, try to bring up the upper body to match the wheels. i'm sure it'll come with time.

Hockey - my parents wont let me, LOL! my sister said when the summer comes she will take me for a wax but its painful as hell. My family comes from Sicilly i dont know if that has anything to do with being a gorilla.

lol nice man. I wish I could compare myself to those but I have no idea how big my arms are. I need to get some help with the measuring tape lol. Forearm compared to your accual arm are very close...whats with that?
