Everyone has a journal, and this seems like a pretty good idea.
My highschool just got a brand new weightroom, i might add it is AMAZING
WORKOUT
Monday:
Nebraska bench cycle (week 9)
138x10
168x8
198x6
208x5
228x4
248x3
258x2
278x1 (This bench cycle is baaaadass for you max, it's a killer)
Dumbell flys 4x10
Biceps
3 Sets of 10 Preacher curls
3 Sets of 10 Cheater curls
CONCENTRATION Curls are a must
25lb Barbell bicep burnout

Reaching goals is a must, only the weak quit, and the good die young!
