View Full Version : Nutrional Planner Needing Help

Hello hows it going.
Just got a few questions hopefully you can help me out with.
Now i am looking at getting a nutritional diet layout.
Basically this is my time frame.

10:30am - Wake Up
3:00pm - Start Work
5:00pm - First Break
7:00pm - Tea Break
9:00pm - Last Break
11:00pm - Finish Work

Now that is my time frame now i am needing to know what you guys reckon would be good to eat and to shake.
Now my workout will probaly be sometime in the morning 11:00 - 12:00.
Now are 2 hours in between breaks too little for say a shake then tea then another shake ??
I thought it should be roughly 2.5 - 3 ?
Any help would gladly be appreciated thanks.
