I've been deadlifting for about a month now and I'm liking the results.
I'm going to Bulk for another 3-4 weeks and then I'm going to cut so I'm sure that's going to help my definition.
Anyway, this is how I look now.
It looks like I have a ditch in my lower back, good?
Do you guys recommend me working the upper back more?
Any comments on wings?
I already read the WBB beautiful back thread: good stuff
