I've been deadlifting for about a month now and I'm liking the results.

I'm going to Bulk for another 3-4 weeks and then I'm going to cut so I'm sure that's going to help my definition.

Anyway, this is how I look now.

It looks like I have a ditch in my lower back, good?

Do you guys recommend me working the upper back more?

Any comments on wings?

I already read the WBB beautiful back thread: good stuff

Deads seem to be doing you well. The erectors look strong. For you upper back and "wing" keep doing some chins/pull ups. They'll work wonders. You also look like you've still got room to bulk a lot more if you wished.

Thanks,

so the "ditch" are my erector muscles. As my deadlift goes up, how will the muscle grow? As in what direction. Also do dead hit any other muscle but the erectors?

Based on body weight, what is a "good" dead lift? 2x? Is there such a thing as a "good" lift?

I've been skinny my whole life so the BF I'm at feels sorta bulky. After ntoher 3-4 weeks I'll probably be around 15% I'll see how the looks and feels. Might cut back down to 11-13 and start again.

Personally, I'd keep bulking.

You have tons of room.

you can also do rows to build up your back. From what I can see you could use some trap thickness. Overall, you are looking lean and great erectors

I don't know what your goals are, but if your trying to gain muscle mass you're going to have to put on a little weight to do so.

Thanks:)

Exactly what kinda rows are you talking about? Bent over or standing? both?
