So to get ready for the cruise I dieted for about 2 months.

None of the pics are "bodybuilding" pics because none of them involve any real poses or flexing or anything like that... they're all just random pictures that my family took on the vacation. I think some of them turned out well and I think I got my bodyfat down pretty low. Now I feel way too skinny and want to try a "clean bulk."

The last pic has bad quality but I think it's good for showing my un-pumped vascularity in my arm and forearm, and also my thickness. I wish I had a digital camera to show some pumped-up poses, but I don't. :(

Sorry for the lack of leg pics.

Looking great, man. Very good size for the leanness. The six-pack in the 3rd pic is priceless (not that I care much for six-packs in general). I will not look nearly as good this summer.

Holy ****, awesome leanness Micheal. You are looking incredible, but you did seem to loose some thickness at least what I remember from the earlier pictures. A clean bulk will do you well. :)

Looking pretty good man, time to bulk up though. ;)

What were your diet/supplements like cutting down?

Beast

Thanks for the comments.

Bohiz: Unfortunately not. As Jeff pointed out, I have lost mass in the past year. The weird thing is is that I've gained strength since my last cut. I'm getting too obsessed with maintaining a low bodyfat and that definitely has an effect on my gains. It's exactly the opposite of when I was 215lb and bulked up... I was fat and didn't realize it.

gf: The first pic is in Cozumel, second and third pics were in Grand Cayman, and the last one is on the ship.

Jeff: Yeah, I know. :( I didn't even realize it until I saw these pics though, which is why I came close to not posting them!

Sid: Coffee all day, man, hahahaha

Venom: As far as the diet went, I used this article and followed it to the T:

Best and easiest-to-follow diet I have ever done. No carb deprivation at all. Although I guess I could have done it more efficiently using even higher calories. Only supplements I use are whey protein shakes.

Looking awesome man. I'm surprised no one mentioned you in the best WBB physique thread. Maybe you should have posted these last week, lol. Props.

btw, what's your weight in those pics?

Mike!! Awsome pics, diet looked to have paid off in spades, how did you find your strength went with the diet. Ive been playing with the diet you followed, although in recent weeks its been difficult to follow. Think i will start a 2 month cut in April....

Once again looking awsome dude :)

Thank you for the comments!

Rex: Hovering in the low 170s. I'm 5'9".

Jeff: Yeah, there is an inverse relationship with time spent on AIM and my grades, so I've been avoiding it. :(

Andy: Let me know if you need any help... really the diet was easy for me to follow. I can't believe that I could consistently lose weight while not ever feeling hungry. Strength was constant and actually went UP a few times during it!

bill: I forgot to mention that the MAXIMUM amount of cardio I did was 15 minutes of jogging after weightlifting... and I only did that at the beginning of the cut! It really IS all about diet.

Did you go to the ruins of Tulum? That's where that first shot was taken. The ruins ended at a cliff and there was a tiny beach that you could walk down to... it was gorgeous.

representing Texas as usual, lol. Anyways, looking real good, you don't look puffed out, you look very proportionate and in good shape.

Hey what are your stats man, looking pretty good there, I would like to look like that by the end of summer. If your looking for some constructive criticism I would say work on those traps a bit.

Beast your build is my ideal. Awesome job. I will start my beach cut in about a month or so. I have read that diet before, and plan on using it for my cut.

Thanks, guys.

gator: Thanks, man. I guess the pics don't show off my traps, because they are actually pretty big.

con: Good luck, man. I followed the diet exactly after calculating everything. Like I said, best diet I have ever done. Easy to stick to. Let me know if you have any questions or whatever.
