Decent base, reasonably low body fat. I looked similar to you a few months back.

Chest definately lagging though, although your bench doesn't seen to suffer too much!

Definately should bulk!

Im in track so bulking isnt really a option for me right now.

so i would say maintain through track season then go on a massive bulk during the summer.

Lifts are a bit hard to believe (unless you've got some massive wheels) but you have a good base. You could still afford to put on 5-10lbs during the track season, it would be almost completely lean mass and would probably help your track performance.

Actually if you're a running back and linebacker, you need to start gaining weight fast NOW! Get on it!

this was about a year ago..... my squat max has gone up like 50 pounds since so there quite a bit bigger now

ill start trying to add a bunch of weight after track.

not sure if thats a compliment or not lol.......It was a compliment. I just meant with your strength stats I would've expected a bigger guy. You're lean, but strong.
