1) Grab a shaker Cup.
2) Add whey.
3) Add ground oats.
4) Add olive oil.
5) Drink
6) Return to 1.

Very quick, easy to digest, and can be incredibly calorie dense.

its like poptarts for breakfast, then a turkey sandwich with mayo for lunch, then usually some form of beef or pasta with potatos and vegatables for dinner. occasionally i get a protein bar here and there and drink an average of 5 glasses of milk a day.

Pop tarts? Damn, wrong.

For starters, breakfast needs to be greasy.

I have;
8 egg, tomatoe and whey ommlette
Carton of milk
1000 cal Weightgainer (start consumption at breakfast, finished during drive to work)
Rindless bacon if my fats were low the previous day
Vitamin B energy drink (Berrocca or similar)

cook everything in olive oil, then add it to your food afterwards...then take a shot of it after every bite of food

Me too. Cook with butter; use olive oil in uncooked dishes.
