I'm new here, so I had to hit you up with a newbie question. I am a big fan of subs and I love eating at Subway, what is the best sub to buy there for muscle building? Thank!

I like either the Double Meatball or SubClub, but I need a protein shake with it. They have a nutritional guide instore you can refer too.

Thanks a lot, I have a pizza place just a cross the street from me, I been going to it a lot, it's time for a change, I needed a nutrition going out plan and I don't want to turn back to the crappy Pizza (fatten wise), I been eating Pizza about 20 times a month, so I really thank you for your help.

I always get a foot long chicken breast on whole wheat. Get all the nutritional info here (http://www.subway.com/applications/NutritionInfo/nutritionlist.aspx?id=sandwich).

Roast beef, with loads of veggies (light or no iceberg lettuce, bell peppers, onions, pickles, jalapenos, and cucumbers), on wheat bread.

What do you guys think about tuna?

sCaRz*Of*PaiN

Mmmm...tuna. Ugh...I used to work at Subway back in the day. Making the tuna was gross. It has low-fat mayo, though.

I ate at subway last night because it was late and there was no food in my fridge. + I owe my buddy some money. I looked up nutrtion facts today, and i just cant find anywhere how subway fits into a cut. Way too many carbs in the bread alone. if you're bulking, i'm sure that's fine.

^^^yeah same problem here, i tried the wraps one time, whoa never do that again. They were horrible. i havent had subway in a while.

With that subway nutrition page located
http://www.subway.com/applications/NutritionInfo/nutritionlist.aspx?id=sandwich

Does that include the bread?

And i'm guessing veggies are so low in calories they shouldn't be counted?

Looking from a cutting perspective.

^yes, it includes bread. yes the veggies are pretty much not counted, think one green pepper has 30cals in it, you dont even get close to that much at subway.

The Philly Cheese Steak sub has quite a bit of protein, relatively low fat, and is delicious as well.

I <3 Subway!!!

I either get the Bacon Chicken Ranch (minus the ranch)
or
The chicken breast sub with pepperjack.

Carbs are high. But its really good!

if you can afford the carbs, add honey mustard instead of the ranch, its awesome.
