Umm I am a little over weight and i am trying to turn it into muscle
currently am 6'1 210 lbs and 17% body fat

I run about an hour a day and do quite a bit of walking not to mention i hit the gym 4 days out of the week.
My problem lies in my diet. Currently i eat about 1500 calories of food which about 50 grams being protein. Is this good or should I do less more of something?

i use to eat about 3000 calories with no exercise and about 100 grams of protein -.-

Umm I am a little over weight and i am trying to turn it into muscleTrying to turn "it" into muscle? If you're referring to fat that is not possible. Fat doesn't turn into muscle.

50g of protein??!!!???

Running an hour a day??!!!???
