Umm I am a little over weight and i am trying to turn it into muscle
currently am 6'1 210 lbs and 17% body fat
I run about an hour a day and do quite a bit of walking not to mention i hit the gym 4 days out of the week.
My problem lies in my diet. Currently i eat about 1500 calories of food which about 50 grams being protein. Is this good or should I do less more of something?
i use to eat about 3000 calories with no exercise and about 100 grams of protein -.-
