wieght - 150
height - 5'9
max bench - 185
i want a bigger chest and i just cant seem to get it. ive been training for 5 months and i can lift as much as all my friends but im just not as big as them. i know to eat lots and all that **** but i was wondering if i should go on some sort of creatine or something?and tell me if im lookin good for training that long or not. thanx.sorry i dont know how to make the pics bigger.

1) it would help if ur pictures were better.
2) if u "know to eat lots and all that ****", do it.
3) u don't need creatine, u need food.

u have a good base to build on.

creatine = no, it's not needed you are 15
what are your other lifts like?

Do more squats and deadlift.

Your squat shouldn't be less then bench.

never list db curl as one of your "other lifts"...when we ask for other lifts it always refers to the big 3- bench, squat, and deadlift...and you could include power clean/hang clean in there if it is good.

i can see you adding some good amount of mass.

I'm with everyone else on the creatine,stick to food and training

Pretty much eat everything in sight and do squats, deadlifts, militaries, dips and rows.
