I am using the WBB1 routine.
And I get pleanty of sleep each night.
Now, if I'm consuming that much fat grams and that many calories, will I still be able to add size while losing my BF%? I would like to lean out my BF%. I don't know what it is but I'm sure it's high...20-25% I guess I was always under the assumpsion it was low fat, low cal, high protein to do that. Just looking for some insight....
