Check it: 1 slice (1/8) on a medium pizza (cheese + bbq chicken)

220 calories
10g protein
4.5g fat
~32g carbs

No trans fat.

Good?

The fat seems low, is that a low fat pizza or something? I love pizza but I try and stay away from it because I usually eat like a whole large by myself when I do.

I had a medium, it was 1760 calories or something with 40g fat and 80g protein. Actually no, there regular cheese pizza is similar (8g protein, 4.5g fat, 200 cals). I like!

There chicken one is 5g fat, not 4.5g fat. My bad :p

I certainly think PizzaPizza makes delicious pizza. It was an awsome discovery upon coming to university. They didn't have any franchises back where I lived.

I think I'm one of the few people who doesn't like their brand. I am a fanatic about making my own home made dough and pizza though. Nothing beats it.

... and 185g of carbs.

That's kind of high isn't it? The 40g fat and 80g protein sounds good, but I'm not sure about all those carbs.

PizzaPizza? Do you mean Little Caesars?

Maybe we just don't have that franchise in KS yet.

Just looked up their thin crust pizzas. They're about 50% less in carbs and 30% less in sodium.

Now we're down to about 100g of carbs total for a whole 12" pizza.

LOL, its that low in fat because it tastes like cardboard! Unless of course you get the garlic dipping sauce! mmm I could definately go for a pizza right now. Thats just my opinion though of course, I have better tasting frachises in my area that are cheaper, bigger and taste better but I know there higher in fat, I just dab as much grease off as I can with a napkin lol

It's a Canadian franchise. You're not missing much they make very cheap pizza.

Sounds like it might be similar to CiCi's down here. Their pizza tastes like ketchup and and melted plastic, spread across cardboard. There 'big' desert is flattened pizza crust that has some kind of chocolate sauce spread across it. It looks like someone cut up grandma's worn out Depends. Tastes just as good.

a whole medium thin crust pizza w/ ham is only 1120 cals. and the chicken would be 1200. Hmmmm. I may have to try this. I haven't eaten a whole pizza in a long time.
