I have to be at work at 7:30am and I get up at about 7 so making a decent breakfast can be challenging at times. I like to eat some whey and maybe some fruit. But somtimes I love frenchtoast, eggs, and bacon. Damn that sounds good right now.

The last time I attempted a shake with oats was with peanut butter and it was a rather bad idea.. I think I may just need a new blender though.. There were globs of peanut butter with whey in it and the oats were like drinking saw dust. :(

Full english breakfast-
2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausages, black pudding, hash browns, baked beans, fried tomato, fried mushrooms, fried bread, toast, cup of tea.
Incredibly unhealthy but imho the tastiest meal a human can eat.

I actually just eat oats with raisins and milk for breakfast and just have a full english once in a while as a treat ;)
