Here are some good pics compared to all my others which were just shots of the muscle. Please comment good or bad. I need to work on my chest area IMO.

what about legs?
and yeah a little work on ur chest, and maybe some work on the hair lol
either way, just eat eat eat, and u'll see the improvements u want.

Lord! When did kids get to be so lean?!
Learn to squat, deadlift, milly press, row and dip! And eat many, many cows.

I do all those except squats I substitute those with Sumo Deadlifts becuase I can't get the bar up on my neck with the equipment I have.

lol ur 13... haha ur just as big as me... except my chest is bigger.... i really should focus on other parts of my body lol.... good work your body is awesome just focus on your chest more....

Well I'm using the wbb #1 routine and I was wondering if I'll start to see Improvment on my chest with that routine? I've only been doing the routine for 3 weeks. Oh yeah and thnx for the compliment.

It shouldn't be on your neck.

Well I mean the top of my back resting on my shoulders I know how to correctly perform a squat. I can't get the bar up there becuase all I gots a weight bench 1 barbell and 2 dumbbells and weights of course.
