I understand that CC is a good source of casein (slow digesting) protein. I only have one question. CC is a dairy product and because of that it will have natural sugars. Can this be a problem, particularly when cutting? If you're eating about a tub of this stuff before bed, can the natural sugars be a problem on a cut?

How much is sufficient for bulking, though?

its not going to be the mainstay protein source especially on a bulk, it is just a very good natty source for casein, so there is no set amount that is "sufficient for bulking." i've been really lazy lately and haven't gotten some more cochee and i just drink a big glass of skim milk before bed with my vits.
i eat a cup a day, and mix in some pears or mango for extra flavor.

I've been cutting with much success (first cut). I generally eat about 2 cups of 4% fat a day.
