My parents get these by the truck loads. We always seem to have huge amounts of oranges around the house. Well, whenever I eat these, I get very VERY bloated. I look like ive added an extra 20lbs.

My questions
a)what causes this bloat?
b) are oranges any good for you on a cut? Im eating them later in the night
c) how much fiber are in oranges?

Oranges are actually a superfood!

"They support heart health while preventing cancer, stroke, diabetes, and other chronic ailments.
--Eat one a day. Want more variety? Try lemons, grapefruit, kumquats, tangerines, or limes."

I got that from a '14 superfoods' website. I try to include as many of the 14 superfoods as I can in my diet.
