looking great man, how long have you been training for?

let see, I have been training since 1997. My starting weight was 175lbs. During the first few years I was into partying and had a poor diet. So I had some results but nothing to brag about. It wasn't until 2000 that I really started to get serious and not make excuses for not lifting when I should and eat when I should. I also started to become really interested in increasing my knowledge base on training and diet etc.

Yeah yeah, I am kinda modest when it comes to this kinda thing that is why I posted the comment about having the balls.

Arm measurements are 16 3/4 right and 16 7/8 left. Arms are not my best body part though. I would have to say it is my chest, however everyone else including my wife says it is my legs that are the best.

Nice shot Kingkrs, and impressive development. What supplements are you using? Are you using (or have you tried) any of the Nitros products? Any recommendation would be appreciated.

at the time of the photos (last night) I am currently on Kre-Alkalyn buffered creatine. I really like it alot and will stick with it. I have taken NO2 type products in the past and like them also, they are just to costly. This Kre-Alkalyn is far less expensive.
Other than that it is good food and Optimum whey, muscle milk in the am and a post workout recovery drink. That's it.

My recommendation is to save the majority of your money that you would normally spend on supplements and buy more good food. Other than the occasional one or two products to help get an edge. (ie creatine no2 etc)

I have tried so many supplements out there that I find so many to be a gimmick just to get your money. Look at how many claim to give you everything you want. Alot of the products/companies will feed you the same stuff over and over again. It is just sickening.
