Read "what a bb eats"
Basically, any natural fats are fine. So, avocados, raw nuts, butter, egg yolks, meat, natural peanut butter, olive oil, coconut and coconut oil...
Avoid trans fats. So no shortening, no non-natural peanut butter.

I eat a lot of peanut butter...whenever I get a craving for something creamy and good with lots of good fat I get a nice big tablespoon of peanut butter and whammo....

How about you drizzle the olive oil over it rather than drinking it?

Almonds, or basically any nuts and seeds.
