Hello everyone, I'm ucntbrious, and today I start my quest... I am starting to workout tonight, and thought, " Hey why not post some pics for motivation".... I usually dabble here and there, not really getting into a groove working out, but I need to change, starting NOW... I have a thyriod problem, and the meds aren't working to well, and starting to get a BIG gut, and I need to stop it now... I kinda went through a bulking phase, lol, eating everything I can. Now, I need to shed the fat, but not really the weight, I like 230 area, lol. Well, thanks for listening and tell me your thought...

Sounds like you should be bulking naturally...

28%? You certainly are not ripped, but I wouldn't say you are 28%... I'd say 22% or so.

Whatever you do, do not quit.

Get in this 100%, and stay in it.

It'll pay off in the end.

If you want to get the max benefit from both training and from WBB, I recommend that you:
1) start a journal
2) post your diet and workouts there and ask for advice
2.5) worry less about supplements and more about making sure your diet is clean (but EFA oils, vitamins and whey are a great start!)
3) read the advice Built (member here) has on cutting

Not that keeping track of your progress is a bad thing, because it is definitely not, but don't worry so much about your progress in 12 days. One thing I always did in the beginning was weigh myself everyday and worry constantly day to day what my weight would be. I soon realized that it's more about busting your ass in the gym and in the kitchen, and the results will come.

Not that you are doing anything wrong, great job so far, but I just want to make sure you're not getting to impatient for the results to come. Bust your ass through the week, weigh yourself at the end, and repeat. Take pictures at the end of the month, or every two months.

Great job so far, keep busting your ass.
