Hey all,

I eat 6 meals a day, and I don't count calories. I use the BFL method, which has been effective for me. Right now, as I am waiting to hear back on a few jobs in my town, I am doing some temp work at my Mom's work. I work 7:00 am - 3:30 am.

Here's my eating schedule:

6:30am (post workout) - Protein Shake w/ Skim Milk & Bananna

9:30am - Chicken Fajitas on Whole Wheat wrap or just a chicken / turkey sandwhich

12:15pm - Whole Wheat pasta and a chicken breast, one cup of sauce

2:00pm - Bowl of Yogurt and Cottage Cheese (yummy, really!!)

5:00pm - Steak and Potato (usually...)

7:30 - Protein shake with Skim Milk

Now.. my question is.. my goal is FAT loss, and to tone what muslce i have under this fat. I have been wating again around 9:30 - 10:30, as I hit bed around midnight or so...

Do you think a 7th meal is ok, since my goal is fat loss? I know it's good to keep the metabolism going every 2 - 3 hours... but does that ring true when your dieting for fat loss, as I am adding extra calories to my daily total.

Yes, I will count calories again one day.. I do this diet for about - 3 months to get me back in the game.

Any advice would be appriciated, as always...

7th meal? Go for it!

And you need some more calories/carbs in your post workout meal. Replenish your body after your workout.
