With my lifestyle, I am going to have to eat some kind of fast food, there is no way getting around it. I am currently on a dirty bulk so its not really a huge deal to me. But does anyone have any recommendations on what to order next time i go thru mickeyd's or taco bell or whatever, high protien and calories, preferably lower fat but i dont really care if it is or not

Go to pizza places. Find there websites and look at the nutritional value. I know the biggest chain of pizza joints around here (pizzapizza) has pizza+chicken, containing 5g fat and 10g protein per 1/8 medium pizza.

Wendy's Chili is a good option if you absolutely have to go fast food...and while your there u might as well get the spicy chicken sandwich with an order of chicken nuggets.

wendy's: #6 Spicy Chicken combo, no mayo, chili instead of fries.

chili: 220cal, 6g fat -2.5 sat -0 trans, 23g carb, 17g protein
sammich: 510cal, 19g fat -3.5sat-1.5trans, 57g carb, 29g protein
total: 730cal, 25g fat - 6sat-1.5trans, 70g carb, 46g protein

not bad for $5.37, probably best a pre or post workout meal though.

I've really found that those premium chicken sandwhichs at Micky D's are great. They arent nearly as bad for you as most fast food sandwhiches, they taste great, and they do provide alot of protein. I usually get a spicey chicken sandwhich from mcdonalds. Those things taste great!

Speaking of that im going to buy one when i go out :p

what are everybody's thoughts on subway and quiznos? I know subway is slightly more expensive than some fast food stuff, but the food is great. I usually get the chicken sandwhiches whenever i get something from these sub places.

subway is a good option for semi-fast food, you actually have to get out of your car.

Wendy's: spicy chicken, w/ chili (i can sometimes make this fit into my cut)

as for sub places i would recommend goodcents (they use better quality meats etc.) over subway and quizno's over both although quizno's is probably not as healthy as a subway/goodcents.

From what my friend told me today, the classic triple has a little more than 900 calories and 60 g of protein. Not sure how much fat though :D

If you want to eat clean (I always go to Wendy's) just get the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Baked Potato, and Water.

The L&T are always good. I just don't think I could stand eating a plain baked potato.

Yes there is. A more accurate statement would be, "I just don`t want to put the effort into preparing my meals, so I eat fast food instead." Not that there's anything wrong with that, but if you really wanted to you could avoid fast food for the rest of your life.

Arby's Big Montana is the best fast food for high protein/low fat. Off the top of my head, it has around 50 grams of protein and less than 20 grams of fat.
