Is a high sodium intake bad while cutting?

No. Why would it be?
Sodium contains no energy, so it won't be attributing to any unforseen caloric ****ups. It can make you hold water 'tho, which can skew the scale and mirror.
I do believe Built is an advocate of sodium due to its anabolic properties. You'll have to ask her about that 'tho, cuz I have NFI.

I love salt. Shoves water into muscle cells, helps 'em work better.
You DO hold water when you up salt, but it's WATER, not fat.
