How's this for bulking if you don't mind the fat? It feel's naughty eating fast food with the ultimate goals of abs! It's a little high in sodium.

Fat: 14g

Sodium isn't necessarily bad, but it is not exactly the greatest thing when one sandwich has over half of your daily suggested maximum.

edit- that said, if you're young and you exercise, it isn't a big deal. Just gotta remember to keep it under control.

... when the maximum is based on a 2000 calorie, typically inactive lifestyle. On a bulk that may only be 1/4 of the sodium for the day. Take into account the training and it isn't that bad at all.

I am not positive, but I do seem to recall reading that Sodium is not attributed to causing hypertension, but can aggravate an already existing condition.
