The ingredients and nutritional values are:

1 Cup 1% Low Fat Chocolate Milk (160 cal, 2.5g fat, 1.5g sat. fat, 11g carbs, 8g protein)
1 Cup Skim Milk (90 cal, 0 fat, 12g carbs, 8g protein)

3 Tbsp Carnation Malted Milk powder (90 cal, 2g fat, 1g sat fat, 15g carbs, 2g protein)
1 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill Natural Raw Whole Flaxseeds (53 cal, 3.6g fat, .3g sat fat, 3.6g carbs, 2g protein)

24.1g fat
5.3g saturated fat
71.6g carbs

Try drinking 3-4 of these down each day with and/or between meals, and then get back to me on how much you've gained! Try it for a week, and if you don't gain a pound, your next shake is free!

My 1000 cal shake has more protein and fat for less ingredients, why not all whole milk?

I want to get healthy fats from nuts and oils. I eat walnuts thoughtout the day, snd add flaxseeds to my oatmeal and some shakes.
