after taking a month off.i decided to get back on track....didn;t loose my structure but some fat gained


Meal1(Postwork)40gram protein shake,1banana
Meal2-About 2grilled chicken Breast
Meal3-1cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese ,1/2cup oats,5egg whites
Meal4-2chicken Breast
Meal5-5eggwhites

3days out of 7 i increase carbs for rest day purposes to recover ,protein is about 220, fat about 30

Not enough Carb or fats. That Protein will be used for energy.

sould i trow in some brown rice or veggies for meal 2 and some efa?
