Currently, I am 6'5 185. My goal is to add 25lbs of muscle and get somewhere around 200-210. I have read and understand many articles about what to eat (% calories from protein, carbs, fat) and that to maintain body weight, you should eat 15x your body weight in calories per day. I just started lifting using a WBB 1 style workout a couple weeks ago. My question is, how many calories do you recommend intaking per day to gradually increase my weight to my goal? I hope to get to this weight by 08/30/2006 (a week before college starts back up again). Is this even possible? Also, I must take into factor that I have a couple of diagnosed stomach problems so it would probaly not be a good idea for me to eat 4000 calories per day.

Where did you get something as low as 15?

I'd say up your calories. You can do it easily by adding high-calorie protein drinks with every meal. You can easily mix/blend up a shake as much as 1,000 calories! Ask BRICKT!!!!

*I just looked at your fitday. You want to be eating more calories than you're burning.
