Must get big, have to get scary big - need to get terrifying.

I'm sorry for the lack of shot variations, I have only a webcam with no timer - so I'm holding the mouse in both shots :P. I'm on recovery from a little sickness a few weeks ago, mass came back quickly - strength came even quicker.

Anythoughts on how I'm coming along, my chest, quads, bi's and obliques need work. Thank you WBB.

That's good size, man. What's your height and weight?

Everything looks pretty good, but it's hard to get a good look from the type of pics and all. You know that, though.

No doubt you are putting on some size - I'm scared of you now, lol - coming along nicely with the plan.

Lookin' good, man. Arms/delts look good. Get a friend to take some more standard pics of you. Glad you're bouncing back well.

grat job on coming back quickly! i'd say from the pics, (upper only, as it's hard to tell if ur legs are in proportion as there's no full body shot (but u already knew that), that ur shoulders and traps could use some work. looking great man, keep it up.

Elwood: I'm 6'2"ish, slightly taller but I dunno. 176lbs very very very dry, I wan't to get back to 200 very soon. Long term is 240+.
Coke - thanks very much man!
Mike - Thanks man. I'll try, I need to get access to a digicam - I'm sure everyone of my associates have one :/
Bohizzle - Yeah, I need more meat on my legs for sure. My shoulders were very nicely capped not so long ago, so hopefully they will fill up again. Traps really need meat. Thanks man!
Kev - Haha, thanks man - but you look like you could run through walls!

Damn, you're the same body type as I am, then. I'm 1,90cm, or 6'2.8". My dry weight is the same as your, and I'm at 204 now. It's a big big difference.

Arms look big, but they are crossed. That's the oldest trick in the book! :P

Give us a lat spread.

You should have no problem getting up to 200 lbs...
It's getting from 200 to 240 that's going to take dedication and hard work..

Good luck.. looking forward to see your progress...
