For some reason or another I can't seem to get past 180 - 182lbs, I'm eating like 4'200 cals & 290G protien a day and I just can't gain anymore. What's up with this? I want to get to 200lbs by the middle of May. I started taking MASS-cycle When I started my challenge and that really helped, should I mabye try it again?

Eat more. Goto 4500 calories a day.

I started taking MASS-cycle

Is this a PH/PS?

If so it might have shut you down.

Hah no way...I'm stuck at exactly 182 as of today. lol I've been hovering around 180. It sucks don't it bro? But I'm thinking I'm about to break through it...Or at least I hope I am.

A suggestion: Start eating that 'whole wheat' pasta I wanna call it. I dunno my mom makes it its in a yellow box. Its got 10g protien per serving plus the 40 some g's of carbs...alot of cals and carbs for your buck. Plus its easy to put all that stuff away.

How tall are you?

up your cals. A 20 lb gain in a month isn't going to happen, unless most of it is water and fat. Post a sample of your daily food intake.

I saw this thread and that was exactly what I wanted to say. Not a word more; not a word less.

Are you just trying to gain weight just for the sake of gaining weight? Or are you trying to gain muscle? Be careful, you might end up gaining a lot of unwanted fat, but maybe that's what you want, I don't know:lurk:

lol, its quite the dilema hey.

I have been at 182-185lbs since novemeber. But i dont consider myself stuck. You may very well be after the wrong type of goals.

Are your gains substantiated by the weight scale?

Mine are substantiated by the tape measure and the mirror.

Sure i have been the same weight since novemeber, but i am WAY bigger today than i was a few months ago at the same weight

Whats your body composition like? While i am still the same weight my composition has changed alot. And i look 200 times better. I now have a 6 pack. I have defined my pecs, and my arms are fuller, and more defined. I have more back development and pretty much the perfect V form, with minimal fat.

Quit judging your Overall progress by the weigh scale.

You are not going to gain 20lbs in one month.

Unless, you want like 80% of that weight to be fat.

"You are not going to gain 20lbs in one month." I wouldn't worry about it really... give it time. BUT if you really want to try... well... ok.
Try this... Drink a shake before bed: Icecream, whey, shotglass of olive oil, cup of 2% milk, and a cup of yogurt!!! That'll help.

I don`t even have to bother reading anything in this thread. From the title I know that everyone who replied "EAT MORE!", is right.
