I will be going to my first taekwondo competition next week, so I want to make sure what I eat in the morning is going to last me and not make me feel gross. I am already nervous, so I'm sure the day of I would be so nervous that I woudn't even want to eat, but since eating is good what would you guys suggest?
Here is a schedule for the day: Weigth in 7am, the event starts at 9am, but what time I start would have to depend on number of participants. would brining a snack be a better alternative to a full breakfast?
