I made this thread so you guys could tell me exactly what you guys do to get out of cuts. Is it an extra 100 cals. a day each week until your at the desired number? Eventually as my cut progresses (which is going very well im now down from 15% to 14.5% bodyfat) i will have to get pretty low with my calories (well pretty low compared to what im currently cutting on which is 2800 cals.). After im done I plan to have a very clean bulk because; lets face it nobody enjoys a cut. If everything goes well i'll wont have to cut ever again.....or if i do it will be pretty short.
