I weight-train 5 days per week, and try to eat 5 - 6 meals per day
briefly, it is like this:
1. Breakfast
2. Brunch
3. Lunch
4. Pre-workout meal
WORKOUT
5. Post-workout meal w/ protein shake
6. Nighttime snack
I've started to run, try to do so for about 30-40 mins each day, except on Legs day. When is the best time to do it? Between which of the above numbers would you place "RUNNING" ? Keeping in mind it's to burn the fat I gained from eating more.
