Would a all veggie, fruit and water diet shed pounds, and be healthy for cutting?

LOL. Um, no.
It would be good for missing out on pretty much everything that is essential for the functioning of the body. That's one of the few diets I have ever heard of that if you actually stuck to it you could die. What's worse is you would lose ungodly amounts of muscle in the process.

Dude I've seen your pics. You're not in that bad of shape. Take a look at my before and after pics, if you haven't already. I've done three diets, each for about a month, in the 15 months since I decided to get in shape. The rest of the time I ws getting in enough calories to maintain weight, along with plenty of protein. You're not nearly as bad off as I was a year ago, so just hit the weights, keep the diet sensible, up the protein, and watch yourself transform.
All you have, is time..
