Insane! You went from looking like an average, unhealthy fat guy to that low body fat in 4 months? Impressive!

Good luck getting even better results with your next bulk + cut!

Haha, yeah the "tan" was interesting. I met Nassar EL Sonbaty. He told me I needed to put on size LOL. But yeah it was alot of hard work, but well worth it!

you just do a regular high protein, calory deficit diet? did you do anything special?

IronJay
04-09-2006, 10:32 PM
My diet was low cal. The only thing special I did was 2 cardio sessions 6x per week, along with 5x per week weights

So, you did 12 cardio sessions a week? Geez... You didn't burn out from that? There is absolutely no way I could do that. Well, awesome dedication man. Great recompisition.

That transformation is so incredible I thought personally thought you were just joking around. Then I read everyone's responses and I see your for real. So great job man in 5 months that is an incredible transformation I'm gonna show this to my girl friend she needs some motivation.
Since I've only been trying to get bigger I dont motivate her to workout at all. This would be perfect though.

Thanks for your comments everyone. I didn't always do HIT for cardio. Half of my cardio was walking on incline so it wasn't too bad.

well now you have the perfect base to bulk with. you probably wont have to cut that much again if you do a decent clean bulk.

Forgot to ask... How much total weight did you lose? You have been cutting as long as I have and I am still a bit behind you :D... Just curious is all. Again, awesome job... It looks like you lost in the ranges of 50 - 70 pounds.

Exactly, thats what I intend to do, dont want to get that heavy again.

ArchAngel777 Total weight lost was 73lbs. A little bit too much maybe but at the end the weight just kept dropping. Some of it was water weight too for the competition.

Well, I find that impressive! Very impressive! 73 pounds is impressive... In that same amount of time I lost 53 pounds. Sounds like you ran a more strict diet with some more cardio. I thought I was hardcore man, but you clearly are the most hardcore :D

It is great to see others lose all that fat. Did you use any Ephedrine or EC stacks or what not? I was thinking of using it here in the future just in case my appitite increases.

IronJay
04-11-2006, 04:04 PM
I used ec stack first 3 weeks and the last 3
The reason I posted this on here is so people could look and see and maybe it might give them that extra bit of motivation they need. Or say, hey that guy can do it so can I, and more!. It was a strenuous 20 weeks with alot of hard work but it paid off in the end!

Great, we appreciate you taking the time to show us what is possible in a relatively short amount of time.

Thanks!
