What do the people of WBB eat for a post workout meal/snack?

I usually have a shake, water and whey with a banana.

for immediately PWO i go with whey, creatine, and dex in water. for a PPWO meal i go with whatever my mom cooks which is usually some form of meat plus rice and kimchi (im korean)...

Whey, dex, and creatine in water immediately pwo, then chicken or tuna and rice (or potatoes) for pwo2 a bit later.

Whey Oats and some fruit...Used to use dex, but dont notice any difference in recovery.

i usually do some kind of meal. My old gym is really close to my house so its not much time to get home and eat. I also think preworkout is more important, imo. Since i'm switching gym's I'm gonna down a whey/CHO shake on the drive home and eat a whole meal when i get there.

mmm yes they are... I figure if you want that insulin, you might as well eat something tasty instead of downing some ****ty dextrose powder.
