can i take a fish oil pill to get my daily dosage of good fats? and if so, than any thoughts on which is the best pill?

yes u can, and just get a regular salmon &/or fish oil caps from the drug store.

yup some perfer flaxseed oil. 6-10g of fish oil a day is what most do.

remember..one fish oil capsule is 1g of fat. so you need a few..

i take 3 pills at each meal. we get too many omega-6 so you want to try and get a better ratio of omega-3's
