I'm talking big boy food;
1/2lbs Rib Eye/Scotch Fillet roast, marinated in brandy in Cryovac for 5 days.
Minted Rice and Veal/Girello stirfry with butter
1 1/2 cups of Brocolli and beans
2 Asahi Super Dry bitters.
Yum yum.

as far as i know, brocoli isn't exactly calorie dense:p.. but yeah that's a pretty large amount of food. now to wash that down with a 1000 cal shake :bow:

Yeah, but my big ass meal each day needs anti-oxidents and nutrients like a mother ****er. Keeps them DOMs pleasent and happy.
12 Lamp Loin Chops, full tail
1/2 cup bok choy
2 cups pasta
1 coke zero
2 baked potatos.

5 rashers of Bacon
5 eggs
2 whole fried tomatoes
Bowl of Cereal
Apple
Pear/banana
Half a carton of juice or so.
Then a drive to work, work for about half an hour, then work breakfast.
Weight Gainer Shake
2 Tubs of Yogurt
Pie/Pastie/Sausage Roll (Since its getting cooler down here)
Some kind of sweet pastry.

a 1 lb filet wrapped in bacon always works, easy 1,000 cals! i wish i could eat that stuff you arseholes lol, hmm what else, i know triple whoppers are 1200 but they are pretty disgusting i ate one and the first bite i took filled my mouth with grease, no lie lol.

2 double cheeseburgers an hour after deadlifts/squats (i have my shake straight after)
1/2lb minced beef, 4 slices of toast, lettuce and ketchup.
then half a carton of juice.
50g protein, 120g carbs, 30g fat.
950kcals and it goes down easily.

235 - Friend tomatos have a nice taste, and great for the prostate.
Thomas - The only meat that rivals horse for nutrients is kangaroo, Kangaroo wins by having 100mg more Iron :)
I've been pansy on my food lately, only 2 or 3 normal people serves per meal. People still stare at me when I eat in at McDonalds...

I like to take good old Poutine, which is just French fries smothered in cheese and gravy then add in some ground beef, mushrooms, and onions. A good twist on a Canadian classic

Had a 5lbs meat pie. I killed myself on sodium today, over 600mg just from tomato sauce!

Ohhhh gosh, poutine... I still don't get how you guys up there like that stuff :) I had a friend from Guelph (hope I spelled that right) introduce me to it and I just cannot get excited about seeing that on a plate.
