Of course, 1g of glutamine in 300 grams of spinach might not be much, but I was surprised by the creatine content of herring and by parsley anti-estrogen apigenin.

If only people spent more time investigating whole foods like this it might cut down on "I spent my entire pay check on a week's supply of NO2, is this any good and how much should I take" type posts.

I eat zero of the foods listed there. Except green tea and coffee, and I'll eat yogurt if I have any in the fridge. I hate greens... holy crap I can't remember the last time I ate some greens.

I knew they're was a reason why I ate whole foods. The best supplement in the world (really not a supplement tho). An onion postworkout seems a little crazy, because the CHO's will spike your insulin anyway.
