i just started lifting and i'm having trouble making 3500 calories, which is what i need to bulk, just from eating meals. Any suggestions on things i can eat in between meals that can help me make my calorie count?

PB Sandwich with natural peanutbutter. Thats like 400 calories right there. It also goes down real fast with water.

Just add a 1-2 high calorie shakes.

nuts, handful of em every few hours those cals will sky rocket!!!
