So, I used to be a skinny guy. Not really skinny, but, more athletic and wiry. Ok, skinny. Anyway, so, I've been on these calories every day, and working out 4-5 days a week. Now, I can see the muscles amping up, and the BEAST inside me starting to wake up. I am becoming a beast, and no one will stop me!

wrestled 125lbs my freshman year of high school (natural weight no cutting) 189 my senior year...now senior year of college and im 253 @16%bodyfat
