hey quick question....I eat two meals a day sometimes 3. Im in college so its hard waking up for breakfast so i sometimes eat another meal late at night. Anyway, my first meals consists of:

Some kind of meat
Salad
Plate of pasta with cubed chicken
Veggies
Baked Potato
2 glasses of 2% milk


My second meal usually doesn't vary that much--maybe add more meat of someting. Plus i take whey protein 3 times a day.

My question is--does this look like a decent clean bulk to you? I know it doesn't look like a lot, but so far since january i've gained 15 pounds. My only worry was that it was too much fat and not enough muscle. ANy suggestions would be great! Thanks!

Suggestions:

1) Put the food you eat into FitDay (http://www.fitday.com) and figure out how many calories and how much protein you're eating.

2) Remove your curl numbers from your signature. It kinda makes you look like a tool.

Learn to prioritize your time. I was still able to get up at 5am to lift and eat while in college. Plus, I'd still make it to bed extremely early. I just learned to stop farting around and get **** done.

Yeh i learned to workout a schedule so that i lift mon,tues,thur,fri at 4:30. Worked out pretty nicely. My only concern was the ****ty school food was making gain fat (who knows whats in the meat)...
