My mom bought me some power bars and balance bars to use. I don't know how to eat them if your trying to lose weight or if there only for bulking. I'm guessing the power bars are meals because there high calories around 250 and I think the balance bars which are 100 calories are like snacks? Also do they make you have to go the bathroom alot because of high fiber.

i would use other alternatives for snacks, a bar once and awhile is ok, but i personally wouldn't have them on on daily basis tot ry to fit them in my daily caloric intake

snack on nuts, cottage, a piece of fruit, natty pb

also thinking about diet, eating out healthy wise has become really easy. As taboo as it sounds Subway or sub places you can usually design the perfect meal. Its only a few extra minutes to get out of the car. Also they're freaking everywhere!

If you must stop at a drive through get a sandwich/salad/ and water. Also no mayo...

If you're lifting every week day it sounds like you need to sort yourself out a proper routine. Like others have said, stick to WBB#1, start tracking your diet and lay out some goals. Once you've started tracking your daily calorie and macronutrient intake then you can work out where to fit in the bars (if at all).

What would be sad is if you weren't logged on to this site trying to do something about it.

I despise vegetables and get along just fine. You'll be ok.

i eat veggies so i don't have to depend on a tons of supplements. Add a new one each month and get used to it.

You eat them. Put in mouth, chew, swallow, and all that good stuff. They are a source of calories, just like the food you eat. It won't be quite as nutritious as actual food.

Total up calories you want to eat for the day and split it up through the day. This 100 calorie bar as a snack, 250 calorie bar as a meal is very arbitrary. Your body doesn't care which one you choose as a snack or a meal.

Add a new one each month and get used to it.

Thats good advice. I tell people all the time, 1 permanent change at a time.

Most everybody likes at least carrots or potatoes.

If you absolutely can't eat veggies right now start with fruit.
