you're wayyyy ahead of me when I was 15, keep it up man. I'm going to go out on a limb though and say you could work your back/legs more and biceps less, though.

Your second picture yells juice to me, im 15 as well and that muscular development doesnt seem in range to me and im doing very well about to compete in nationals for my age group.

Man, why you gotta crap on this thread? The guy isn't juicing, nor is he "huge". He simply has a low body fat and a very balanced upper body. His physique is great.

Powerlifting and Bodybuilding are two different things mate... You can and should take pride your strength, but don't equate that with a great physique or a lot of muscle mass.

Great physique OP.

Is it just me or are today's teenagers way F**** jacked. Jesus, when I was 15 no one was anywhere remotely close to that.

When do teens start lifting these days? In the crib? Doing pullups and dips? BB Bench with bottles of milk before you can walk?

Critique, hmmmm. I would suggest doing what you have been doing while lifting heavy and if your eating any "junk" foods taking them out of your diet. You look incredible for your age. He's pretty big for his size, but I know a lot of 15/16 year old teenagers with similar builds.

might be the angle of the pic, but looks like u need more traps... and possibly more back development... and leg development... without pics, i can't tell :D... however, ur arms are looking swole, now get everything else to catch up!

I wish that was me @ 15, I'd be in much better shape now. I was skinny-fat :(

Good job, what are your numbers like?

To be honest, I wouldn't call that even close to a balanced upper body. The biceps far outweigh everything else, pretty out of proportion.

Aside from that, good work. Definately a good base to add onto.

His biceps are large, but everone has their strong and weak points. It's obvious he's not a curl jockey. Personally, I've never seen a better balanced lean physique in a 16 year old.

P.S. I think the picture's are stolen, the guy is Powerlifter989 (or something like that) over at bodybuilding.com. When he posts he makes a lot more sense that the OP in this thread.

Post your workout, your diet, and any supplements you take. I find it hard to believe that you're 15 with a physique like that. At first I thought you might have been laggin in the back, but for some reason you have an incredible build everywhere. And 16 inch arms at that age is magnificent.

How many calories are you consuming a day, or do you not count? From the last set of pictures your chest is lagging, only a little bit. If that's all you eat I would try to incorporate some other foods into your diet. You man not be taking in enough nutrients for a healthy immune system. Besides that, you look great. What are your stats? Bench? Squat? Deadlift?

What's your routine? Is it a three/four/five day split? What? Also, you should be doing a lot more leg exercise. As of what I have gathered from reading the forums, leg exercises help stimulate growth all over the body, thus increasing lbm.

I read these forums without fail everyday, you'll learn a lot from the "senior" members here. Also, your quads have good definition. Just start doing squats, deadlifts, leg extensions, calf raises and exercises that focus on your legs.

These pictures are all taken from a well-known 16 year old kid who has been posting on bodybuilding.com for the past year. They have been posted in an ongoing thread "Powerlifter989's Pics" over the past year. He is a real guy who gives his real name and a link to his myspace page on bb.com. This Preteen guy is a fake.

What the hell would possess someone to post pics of someone else on a website and pretend to be them, asking for advice etc? If you were going to choose someone to pretend to be, wouldn't you chose someone with a significant amount of muscle mass as opposed to the curl jockey general?

By the looks of this 16 year old pictures, whoever they may be of, this is not a curl jockey. Not to many curl jockey's have defined backs with decent size pectorals and nice vascularity.

Meat_Head, I'm not sure what pics you are looking at but this guy's upper body is very proportional. His legs do need work.

Meat_Head

Looking at the second set of pics, you're right proportion is good. Biceps are still WAY bigger than they should as far as symmetry goes, in my opinion.
