View Full Version : Eating to Much??(if there is such a thing)

im 5'9 160 currently on BGB trying to bulk from 160-180 and my meals look like this:

spread out like 2 hours a day i end up eating:
2-3 chicken breast's
1 cup of rice
6 eggs
2 bowls of oatmeal
creatine
PandJ sandwhiches
1-2 protein shakes
2 70% lean fat cheeseburgers
cottege cheese
3-4 banana's
1-2 gallons of water
2-3 cups of milk
maybe some icecream :D :D
also every other day i drink a 800 calorie(52g protein) drink



i eat this everyday...and i sort of feel like im eating to much...what are you all thinking??
Also after the first workout i try to hit my back really hard and when i woke up every other muscle than my back was sore

Use fitday.com and break it down to macros...
Calories, protein, fats, carbs, etc...

That will give you a better idea if you are eating enough...

Track your progress. Gain about 5 lbs per month and you're golden.
