I'll start my journal today at 270 of weakness and fat and 6'2. I had a good workout today and am eating better. Also had a good workout yesterday and jogged a mile and a half which is alot for me. Its all about motivation an dedication.:shoot:

Thanks you've done alot for me so far. Heres my intake for today you think its good for my cutting and weight. 1558 54 195 85 in order calories, fat, carbs, protein. Only thing is carbs might be to high and calories to low not sure though.

4/12/06. Last day before april vacation so couldn't lift long have alot of work. Good day though good workout good diet good water and set a new bench max 135x1. Not bad when I started a week ago I struggled with sets of 80.

yeah it's decent for a week of benching.
