Im tryin to lose some weight....I run and i do weight training but i cant never seem to lose the weight.....am i eatin wrong...does anyone have a diet routine they follow that i can use???

I dont have a diet right now....i jus eat watever i want....but i jus watch how much i eat.do u got a diet i can follow??

whatever you want consists of what? junk food basically?

You need to know exactly what you're eating and have the ability to modify it according to your progress. You're eating whatever you want and lifting. How can you expect to lose weight when you have no idea what you're putting into your body? What's your lifting routine look like?

oh no....its not full of junk food....its healthy stuff....i jus need a diet that helps me lose the pounds as i work out and run.

"Healthy stuff" is vague and might mean something different to you than it does to us.

You need to find a calorie level which you aren't losing or gaining weight. Then...to lose weight, you eat less than that amount. You need to start tracking what you eat on www.fitday.com for a week and then come back to us so we can help you.''
