Hi this is my first post here.

I'm going to order your Mass Stack and start a routine and try to put on as much muscle as I can in a couple months.

My question is: Would adding L glutamine to the mass stack be something that is worthwhile or does the ETS work well enough that this isn't necessary?

Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in your body, and it's present in large quantities in virtually any protein powder, as well as pretty much any protein rich food. Supplementing with it is not worth the money, ETS or no.

Well that's the thing...I get it for free. So now what say you?

Take 20g after you train and another 20g at bedtime?

If you want.

I did, actually.

The glutamine question distinguished the two of you nicely, though... ;)

I would tell you that it will produce no noticeable effect.
